ALBEMARLE COUNTY, VA - The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors named the new Director of Human Resources, Ti-Kimena-Mia Coltrane, this evening. Coltrane’s appointment follows a nationwide search. “Mia brings a range of experiences across the Human Resources discipline in different levels of government and in academic settings. Her breadth of Human Resources background and knowledge, along with her demonstrated experience in organizational development impressed our team. Her commitment to top level HR service delivery was evident throughout the process, and I believe will serve us well over the next year as we establish a dedicated Local Government Human Resources Department,” shared County Executive Jeff Richardson.
