First, a huge thank you to all of the students who participated. A special thank you as well to the teachers and volunteers who aided each business team every step of the way.
Winners
The moment you've been waiting for! All of our Regional Challenge competitors did an amazing job, and our judges had a difficult choice to make. The winners are...
- 1st Place: re-T, Andrew Lober, 13, from Brandywine Springs School - re-T creates reusable bags that are long lasting, compact, durable, foldable, and most importantly eco-friendly.
- 2nd Place: PR Hockey Scouting, Clare McManus, 17, from Lansdale Catholic - PR Hockey Scouting brings people close to the game with a website providing daily articles on NHL teams, prospects, and league news, as well as highlights and analytical stat packages.
- 3rd Place: Toddler Town Daycare & Virtual Learning Center, Elysia Young, 14, from Penn Hills Charter School of Entrepreneurship - Toddler Town Daycare Center is a high quality daycare affordable to people with less money.
The top two businesses, represented by
Andrew Lober & Clare McManus,
will represent Philadelphia Metro at
NFTE's National Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge
this October.

Finally, an extra special thanks goes to our distinguished judges, across our entire region, especially those who put additional time into our finals judging, including,
- Megan Connolly, PayPal

This event would not be possible without their involvement.
