Announcing the 2020 Champions of
Higher Education
Secretary of State Alex Padilla with Associate Degree for Transfer Students
This year marks the 10th anniversary of the historic legislation that established the Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT), a streamlined transfer pathway for students to transfer to the California State University with guaranteed admission and junior standing. Since its creation, more than 284,000 ADTs have been conferred, supporting hundreds of thousands of California students to reach their college dreams.

We will celebrate with a special virtual event: Committing to Transfer as a Key Racial Equity Strategy.
