It is with great pleasure that the Human Resources Division announces the recipients of the 2023-2024 Harvard Bradford Fellowship Program for Excellence in Public Administration. This year, three Fellows were selected to attend the John F. Kennedy School of Government Mid-Career Master in Public Administration (MPA) Program at the Harvard Kennedy School for the 2023-2024 academic year.

Since 1996, over 65 experienced managers who demonstrate a strong potential for continued achievement and leadership in public service have received an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School. Our new Bradford Fellows were selected through a competitive application process and participated in a panel interview. Each Fellow brings a strong passion and dedication to leadership in public service.

Bradford Fellows learn from world-renowned faculty and staff and engage with other students from around the world. We recognize the opportunity and capacity for our Bradford Fellows to dramatically impact the future of the Commonwealth, through the innovations they will inspire and the contributions they will make to their secretariats and agencies. We salute their dedication to leadership and learning, and look forward to welcoming them back upon their graduation.
