Each year, IWL partners with a woman-owned company to offer conference attendees inspiring merchandise, with a portion of product sales coming back to IWL to support future programming. This year, we are excited to partner with Melissa Posh and Chicago-based Hi, Love Travel.

The Meaning & Inspiration Behind Hi, Love Travel

Sharing LOVE has always been at the core of who we are as a company. No matter what challenge life, the world, or another serves to us, pausing a moment to share a smile, a kind word or a thoughtful gift with a friend (or a complete stranger!) is what can build a community around shared LOVE.

The name Hi Love, Travel was inspired by Harbour Island, the location where love first bloomed in founder Melissa’s life. Hi, of course, is also a friendly global greeting, and Love is obvious. You might say “Hi, Love” to a friend to start the day, answer the phone or use as a salutation of any text or email. We love love, what can we say?

SPOILER ALERT: ALL ATTENDEES WILL RECEIVE A LITTLE

Here’s what attendees had to say about last year's IWL Women's Leadership Conference!

Hearing stories of resilience (embrace the suck) and success (greatness begins at the end of inconvenience) from trailblazing women leaders reminded me of the limitless possibilities when we empower one another! I felt inspired with a renewed purpose and a commitment to action after a day filled with thought-provoking sessions at the Integrating Women Leaders conference!

The speakers were motivational, but the BEST parts were the specific actions they provided to either develop or start a desired habit/skill or end a limiting habit.

Overall, the conference served as a beacon of inspiration and empowerment. It provided a platform for women to share their stories, learn from one another, and strengthen their collective voice. By celebrating the accomplishments and potential of women, the conference ignited a spark that will continue to fuel my journey towards success.

There was a very diverse group of speakers... diverse in age, background, path to success and presentation style. That made for an invigorating day that kept me engaged.

THE SPEAKERS WERE WONDERFUL. I GAINED PLENTY OF INSIGHT AND THOUGHTS TO PONDER. KATTY KAY AND THE CONVERSATION OF MEN VS. WOMEN IN POWER REALLY SPOKE TO ME. I HAVE HAD THESE VERY SAME THOUGHTS THROUGHOUT MY LIFE AS A WOMAN OF COLOR.

I was really impressed by the quality and organization of this year's conference. The attention to personal contributor and leader involvement/learning was satisfying (i.e. "putting on your own oxygen mask first in order to help/lead others more effectively"). The speakers were excellent and diverse. I enjoyed the frequent short breaks between sessions and also the built-in reflection time during breakouts. Worksheets were super helpful and a nice resource! The visual commentary after each presentation was an added bonus. Kudos to the organization team!

Really great content! There was a new learning from each speaker... I liked the variety but consistent theme. Love the research that Katy Kay shares.
