Together We Learn, Together We Lead

We are thrilled to announce that this year’s ATI will be bigger and better than ever thanks to our new partnership Community Health Center Association of Connecticut (CHC-ACT). With CHC-ACT bringing the expertise and content of their annual Healthcare for the Homeless Conference to our already jampacked slate of innovative and practical workshops and speakers, this is shaping up to be our most expansive and informative ATI yet.

In keeping with the idea of collaboration, this year’s theme, Together We Learn, Together We Lead: Creating a Culture of United Response, celebrates the success of our work and system through deep and meaningful collaboration and collective impact to prevent and solve homelessness. In a time of uncertainty and increasing need, this year’s ATI will provide inspiration and information for how we can further strengthen our cooperative relationships and build new ones to ensure all people receive the services and housing they need.

We look forward to sharing more information about workshops, speakers, Sponsors, and registration in the coming weeks, and, of course, to sharing another fantastic ATI with you and your colleagues!

2025 ATI Workshop RFP

We invite session proposals from partners and practitioners who can share innovative ideas, diverse perspectives, and practical strategies to advance collective action to end homelessness. Guided by the theme “Together We Learn, Together We Lead: Creating a Culture of United Response,” proposals should emphasize collaboration, learning, and shared impact.

New for 2026: ATI will feature a dedicated Healthcare for the Homeless (HCH) track, in partnership with CHC/ACT and Cornell Scott–Hill Health, highlighting innovative health-care approaches for people experiencing homelessness.

Presentations may be submitted in three formats:

  • 15-minute Transformation Talks
  • 30-minute short workshops
  • 75-minute full workshops

Proposals are open to all with relevant expertise, with strong encouragement for submissions from people with lived experience and those focused on collective impact, innovation, workforce development, system performance, and crisis response.

Proposals are reviewed on a rolling basis, with a final deadline of Friday, February 6. Early submission is encouraged.
