Dan Stoltz, MBA, CPA

Dan Stoltz is CEO and President of Blaze Credit Union which is now over $5B in assets. A recognized business and community leader, he is a frequent speaker on leadership, positivity, workplace culture, branding, and giving back. Dan has been named one of Minnesota's Top 100 Business Leaders. He currently serves on numerous nonprofit, healthcare, education, and business boards. Dan believes that the best leaders are both "go-getters and go-givers," and his guiding philosophy is simple: Life is about giving, not getting.

Session One: Better Together: Why Every Voice Shapes the Outcome. How influence and good ideas flow in every direction, not just top-down, and why that matters for teams and business owners.


About the facilitator: Tiffany Moore, MA. With 20 years of experience in business development, leadership coaching, strategic planning, and cultural alignment, Tiffany brings a well-rounded approach to solving problems. She has held vital client management and business development roles which involved leading from the middle in supervisor and director capacities. Tiffany runs her own consulting firm and is an incoming Adjunct with Augsburg University's School of Business.


Session Two: Building an Ongoing Leadership Practice: Participants consider a growth mindset strategy to their leadership practice and create reflection and accountability practices suited to their evolving professional environment.


About the facilitator: Keri Clifton, MA. Keri is a people-oriented leader who builds effective teams around shared goarls. As Program Director at the Reell Office of Seeing Things Whole at Augsburg University, she champions holistic approaches that help individuals and organizations thrive while advancing the common good. Keri holds a Master's in Organizational Leadership from Augsburg University, a Bachelor's in Sociology and Women's Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
