The first offering of the CDO Certification course is set to begin on Tuesday, January 9th, 2024, from 6-9 PM Eastern Time. Still, five slots are available for participants to join this first offering.

The second offering of the course is now open, with a planned timeframe of August-September 2024 (or April-May 2024, if demand is high).

Our goal is to validate data leaders' expertise and produce Certified CDOs who will succeed in their career in data leadership and in their organizations by having: (1) Intensive learning modules taught by Subject Matter Experts; (2) Homework, hands-on workshops, etc.; and (3)Involvement in the Annual CDOIQ Symposium.

The curriculum provide both breadth and depth of the topics critical to be qualified for CDO role. We define the success of the Certification program as the graduates effectively create, demonstrate, and drive value in their organizations.

1. This is very rigorous, participants are gonna get a minimum of 120 hours in the course
2. We expect participants to show up and to work
3. Each SME module faculty will develop homework, tests, or workshops, etc.
4. We recognize how tough your job is as a CDO or data leader in your organizations, and we want to do all we can to equip you to do better in your job

2. CDOIQ Symposium is the premier venue to promote the CDO role and to accelerate the adoption of the CDO role globally. The CDOIQ community lend critical credibility to the Certification Program.
