It is my pleasure to announce that Rabbi Adam Haston has joined the Westchester Torah Academy staff as our Business Manager.
Rabbi Haston has a wide array of personal and professional experiences that makes him a great fit for this position. He recently worked in a similar capacity for the Chabad Center of Orange / Woodbridge Connecticut, he has directed Camp Machane Menachem (one of the largest Chabad Camps of Los Angeles), and has taught Jewish Studies to students of Yale University for the Rabbinical Institute of New England.
Rabbi Haston's experience also includes working as a Financial Adviser for Prudential and a key management team member of MBC, a media company he helped develop in El Paso, Texas.
As Business Manager, Rabbi Haston will manage the non-educational aspects of the school operations including: facilities, logistics, transportation, finances, technology and communications. He recently began working for us, and has "hit the ground running."
Rabbi Haston is warm, engaging, ambitious and very excited to be a part of WTA. He looks forward to meeting our wonderful parent body.
Over the coming weeks, you will begin to notice that aspects of WTA that have been previously handled by Board members, such as logistics and communications, will now be conducted by our professional staff.
