The Gilbert Group has been engaged by  the retail REIT  Spirit Realty Capital  (NYSE:SRC) to market the former HH Gregg in Grove City, Ohio. Located at 1700 Buckeye Place, the property has strong freeway (I-71) visibility with exceptional traffic counts (92,130 VPD).  This 30,583  square foot single standing building  is nearby major traffic generators including Target, Home Depot, Walmart Supercenter, Dicks Sporting Goods, Rave Theater, LA Fitness, TJ Maxx and Kohl's.
