The Hatcher Coe Group is proud to announce that Marcus & Millichap has promoted Brett Hatcher to Executive Managing Director, the highest title available for its self-storage investment professionals. Hatcher has been serving as Senior Managing Director of Investments in the firm’s Columbus office.
Hatcher joined Marcus & Millichap in 2006 and later founded The Hatcher Group, which became The Hatcher Coe Group in 2022 with the addition of Gabriel Coe and Nathan Coe. During his tenure with the firm, Hatcher has successfully brokered 811 transactions, totaling more than $5.5 billion in real estate.
“Brett has always had a substantial impact on his team, our office, our firm and the industry as a whole,” said Grant Fitzgerald, vice president and regional manager. “Not only has he served clients well for 20 years, but he has also developed several mentees into full partners who have since become some of the top agents within Marcus & Millichap. He has a commitment and drive to not only grow his own business, but to lift others around him, and that makes him very deserving of this distinct accolade.”
Hatcher has received numerous awards recognizing his success and accomplishments, including internal firm awards such as the Sales Recognition Award every year since 2012, the National Achievement Award every year since 2015, the Chairman’s Club Award six times in his career, and the Chairman’s Circle of Excellence in 2021 and 2022.
