Advancing Higher Education Equity Speaker Series
Racial equity is at stake in this election. Join us on October 28th for Racial Equity on the Ballot, our third event in our Advancing Higher Education Equity Speaker Series.

Propositions 15 and 16 on the November ballot can transform higher education in California for the better. By voting Yes on Proposition 15 and Yes on Proposition 16, Californians have the opportunity to reinvest in our schools and end a legacy of legal discrimination in contracting, hiring, and university admissions that has left too many talented Black, Latinx, Native American, Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Californians behind.
A representative from the Los Angeles County Registrar’s office will join the discussion to inform voters of their rights, what to expect if you are planning to vote in person, and to answer your questions.
