Annual Anti-Harassment Training

Dear Principals and Administrators,

As the new school year approaches, this is a friendly reminder that NYS law requires all employers, regardless of size, to provide annual respect in the workplace training to part-time, full-time, and seasonal employees.

In light of this requirement, we created a training module that complies with the law but is also sensitive to our community's standards. We have also updated the training module to include the additional "bystander intervention" requirement. We have an online and offline version available for your convenience.

To learn more about this training module, please reply to this email or email Mrs. Rivki Thursch at rthursch@agudah.org.

If you are not the correct person that takes care of this legal requirement, please forward this on to the appropriate party.

Thank you!

As always, feel free to reach out to yeshivaservices@agudah.org with any questions.
