2019 CSA Annual Assessment Information
CSA annual assessments have been mailed and should be expected by mail sometime this week.
 
2019 Annual Assessment Rates:
Residential Family Dwelling Unit Developed 2019 Residential Assessment – $1,076
Residential Lot Undeveloped 2019 Residential Assessment – $641
 
Your assessment amount is payable by January 11, 2019.

Updates from the Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Department
Repairs Occurring Near Beachwalk # 23

Repairs to the existing concrete beachwalk at #23 are underway. The walkway will remain the same width. O ur contractor has started to install topsoil in proximity to the walkway and will progress as weather permits. We will also install some landscaping where the path meets South Beach Lane.
