The 2026 USATF Oregon Association Annual Meeting will be held on Sunday, September 20 in Wilsonville, OR. The meeting address, time,and full agenda will be shared at a later date. Current Association members can attend in-person or virtually. Please put this date on your calendar!

The meeting agenda will include eight (8) elections.

During the general session of the meeting, members will be voting on these Association Officers positions: President and 2nd Vice President.

Lynn Brown, the current Association President, is standing for re-election. The current Association 2nd Vice President, Debi Hanson, is standing for re-election.

In addition, these Sports Committee Chair positions will be open for election or re-election:

• Masters & Open Athletics
• Mountain, Ultra, Trail & Long Distance Running
• Para Athletics
• Race Walking
• Youth Athletics

Committee Chairs are also members of the Association Board of Directors.

All of the incumbent Sports Committee Chairs are standing for re-election.

Nominations are also being accepted for the Association Safe Sport Coordinator position. The current coordinator, Carl Sniffen, is stepping down. The winner of this election will fullfill the remainder of Carl's term. This Administrative Committee Chair is also a member of the Board of Directors.
