REMINDERS

Parking

Although we all hope for no more winter storms, its only, the 1st week of February. Our roads need to be clear of vehicles so road crews are able to clear our streets quickly. GCA C&R (Covenants and Restrictions) prohibit overnight parking on any Glenmore roads at anytime*

*Article VIII. Covenants & Restrictions. Regulation 2015-02 Regulations for Use of Glenmore Roads & Paths

A. Roads

8. No motor vehicle shall be parked on any Glenmore road in a manner that creates an unsafe situation.

9. No overnight parking of a motor vehicle is allowed on any Glenmore road.

And please remind guests, contractors and others not to park on grass at curbside or common areas.  All vehicle wheels should be on the street. Parking on grass causes damage at any time of the year, but is particularly damaging during the Winter as the ground freezes and thaws. And, of course, do not block mail delivery or block driveways.
