New this year, Bishop Stevenson will deliver his pastoral address on Thursday, November 7 at 5:30p, during Evensong. This service, to be held at St. George’s Church in downtown Fredericksburg, will kick off the 230th Annual Convention. The service will be livestreamed in Spanish and English.
For the convenience of our delegates, a shuttle bus and two ADA-friendly trolleys will be available to transport guests from the Fredericksburg Convention Center to St. George’s Church. These transportation options ensure that everyone can participate in the evening's events comfortably and without concern for parking or accessibility.
Shuttle and trolley tickets will be distributed to delegates at the Fredericksburg Convention Center during check-in, which begins at 1:30p on Thursday afternoon. The trolley will begin service at 3:00p for those attending the BIPOC Gathering, which starts at 3:30p. Trolleys and shuttles for the Evensong service will run from 4:30p through 9:00p. to bring delegates to St. George's, and back to the Convention Center.
