Hotel Deadlines
This is one last reminder that the hotel deadlines are quickly approaching.
Homewood Suites and Hilton Garden Inn – Deadline October 10 to receive our group rate.
Residence Inn – Deadline extended to October 15.
Please note that the Residence Inn is located approximately 3 miles away and has kindly extended their deadline as Homewood Suites and Hilton Garden Inn are nearly at capacity beyond our room block.
Delegates who have not yet reserved a room are encouraged to do so promptly to ensure availability and rate.
