As we approach the 232nd Annual Convention, all pertinent information is on the Annual Convention webpage which you can find by visiting episcopalvirginia.org and clicking on the homepage banner.

This is a reminder that the deadline for submitting Resolutions and Amendments to the Constitution and Canons is Monday, October 19. Please ensure all materials are submitted by this date so they can be included in the October 24 Open Hearing discussions.

Monday, October 19 also is the deadline for submitting Annual Reports.

Deadlines and Key Dates

• October 19: Submission deadline for Resolutions, Amendments to the Constitution and Canons, and Annual Reports.
• October 23: Ministry Fair and Exhibitor deadline.
• October 23: Registration closes.
• October 24: Open Hearings on Zoom for Budget, Amendments to the Constitution & Canons, and Resolutions.
• October 30: Elected Positions Nomination deadline. Convention will elect Standing Committee members.
• November 5-7: 232nd Annual Convention, Fredericksburg Convention Center.
