 1): National Merit Scholas, commended Scholars & High ACT Achiever Award:

Sr. Sadiqa and Dr. Sheikh Abdur Rahman from the Islamic Center of Greater Cincinnati will be recognizing National Merit Scholars, commended Merit Scholars, or high ACT achievers. If any student who Graduated from High School this year and has received the confirmation of being a finalist for National Merit Scholar, or a commended Merit Scholar, or has a 35 or 36 in ACT, please contact Tilat Rizvi (Tilat.rizvi@cchmc.org, 513-256-5868) by March 30^th, 2024.

2): Hafidh or Hafidha Award:

Sr. Sadiqa and Dr. Sheikh Abdur Rahman from Islamic Center of Greater Cincinnati will be awarding $200 to a Hafidh or Hafidha (under the age of 25 who has memorized the Quran last year (2023) or this year (2024). AWARDS FROM SPONSORS 

FOR HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS WHO ATTENDED AND GRADUATED FROM ISLAMIC WEEKEND SCHOOL 

 High School Scholarships (only for Weekend Islamic School Graduates):

Weekend Islamic School ICGC will be offering scholarships for 2 High school graduates (2024) sponsored by Late Col. Muhammad Munir & Sr. Salma Munir (parents of Dr. Muhammad Munir), Syed Shafi Ahmed & Sr. Mahira Shafi (parents of Sr. Maria Munir) This scholarship is for who graduated from weekend school ($500 each) & graduating from High School this year. This scholarship is based on their performance over the years in the weekend Islamic school & high School; based on these criteria.

1)     How many years did he/she attend Weekend school?

2)     Did he/she graduate from Weekend school?

3)     Did he/she receive any award (first, second, and third place at graduation)

4)     His/her performance over the years in regular high school

5)     His/her contribution to the community services at large and the leadership role they have played in the school.
