Annual General Meeting of the Law Society of Alberta
The Annual General Meeting of the Law Society of Alberta will be held on:

Thursday, April 25, 2019
at the Bell Tower
800, 10104-103 Ave NW
Edmonton, Alberta
commencing at 4 p.m.

For this meeting, please find:

  1. The Agenda for the Annual General Meeting.
  2. A draft copy of the Law Society of Alberta financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2018 and the audited financial statements for the Alberta Lawyers Insurance Association for the year ended December 31, 2018.

Once approved by the Board, the Law Society audited financial statements will be available on the Law Society website or by contacting Nadine Meade , CPA, CGA, Chief Financial Officer.

Procedures for the meeting can be found under Section 27 of the Legal Profession Act  and Rule 32 of the Rules of the Law Society of Alberta .

The minutes of the 2018 Annual General Meeting will be available at the meeting.
