Annual Giving Campaign - Update
Our April Giving Campaign month is coming to an end and we are moving toward our $420,000 goal. Most of you have increased your annual giving amount to account for the 6-7% inflation rate, so a BIG THANK YOU!

We have only two days left in April, and as of now we are still short. Currently we are at 74%, so 26% - or $110,000 - to go to reach our goal.

Early in the month, we mailed out pledge forms and this year's brochure explaining the importance of each and every pledge. If you are still unsure, please listen again to the compelling testimonials from the four committed CUUCers who were our Canvass Minute speakers. You can watch them in these worship service videos: April 3-Joe Majsak (44 min in); April 10-Joe Gonzalez (31 min in); April 17-Terri Kung (54 min in); and April 24-Adine Usher (41 min in).

Also keep in mind that we want to continue to pay our dedicated staff competitively and adjust their salaries upward to account for inflation, as well as fund our vibrant programming, which supports our congregation and the wider community. We look forward to these activities kicking back into full gear now that Covid seems finally to be easing.

Once you have decided what level of support works best for you and CUUC, please make your pledge right away. We need to use the final Annual Giving amount to create our budget, which we will finalize the second week of May, and vote on at our Annual Meeting on Sun Jun 5.

So if you have not returned your pledge form yet, please do so today by mailing it to CUUC in your self-addressed stamped envelope, or submitting your pledge online (https://www.cucwp.org/giving), or emailing the treasurer with your intentions for the next CUUC year (TreasurerCUUCWP@gmail.com)
