Step 4: Show up to your appointment

And that's it!
In 2 weeks your health report will be available on your MyHealics dashboard.

Important: If the Health Questionnaire is not completed, your results will not be generated.

Thyroid Screening (TSH)
The Thyroid Screening measures the Thyroid Stimulating Hormone for hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid) and hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid), to find out if your thyroid gland is working the way it should.

Prostate Screening (PSA)
Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) and is one of the best screening tests for the early detection of prostate cancer and other prostate problems. PSA screening is performed on all men 40 years an older and is only a blood test.

Lipid Panel
The Lipid Panel consists of: Total Cholesterol, HDL (good) Cholesterol, LDL (bad) Cholesterol, Triglycerides, TC/HDL Ratio.
Hemoglobin A1c
This allows you to see if you are controlling your blood sugar levels. This is possible because sugar attaches to the hemoglobin in your blood, where it is attached there for the life of the red blood cell – about 3-4 months.

Complete Blood Count (CBC)
A broad screening test to check for disorders such as anemia, infection, and many other diseases. It is a panel of tests that examines different parts of the blood.

Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP) This provides important information about the current status of your kidneys, blood sugar (glucose), electrolyte, and acid/base balance.
Health Risk Assessment (HRA): A detailed personal health assessment that provides you with the information you need to monitor and improve your health status. This will be always be available to you online anytime you wish to review or supply to your primary care provider.
