Tantalum Repairs

Our team has dedicated significant effort to these two recent tantalum repairs. The initial images depict the extensive damage, but through diligent cleaning and welding, we successfully applied the patch. In the subsequent images, you'll witness the remarkable transformation achieved by our team in patching and restoring the damaged sections.

  • The jacket pressure is rated 125 PSI at 400 deg. F

  • 75 HP Explosion proof motor 460/3/60, Suitable for Variable Speed Drive (VFD)
  • 264 x 120 x 144 IN - 54000 LBS

ReGlass Services
On site, we perform anniversary inspections, consultation; tantalum repairs including patches and plugs; reactor and drive installations and repair; mounting or dismantling agitation systems.

Trained staff re-glass your vessels, baffles, agitators, hubs, and parts. We have multiple furnaces in our extensive facility and use proprietary compounds and glass to produce a better than new result.
