The SFDPH Vaccine Registration Site Link has Closed. It was available for a limited time. We want to thank our SFDPH partners for working with us to get vaccines into your arms and into the arms of your dental team members.
And we thank all of you who have taken the CDC vaccine modules and are ready to volunteer to administer vaccines when called upon to help.
While some missed the opportunity to make vaccine appointments we have been working to identify other vaccine partners. Dugoni School of Dentistry, while a recently approved vaccination site, lacks vaccines. Once they receive vaccine and finish vaccinating their internal community, they will open up to serve the wider dental community - this may take a few weeks. SFDS will continue to work closely with them to get the word out to you once they are ready and able to serve the wider dental community. Please note that UOP does not yet have dates as they do not yet have vaccines. They are not making appointments or taking calls about the vaccine at this time but they will let SFDS know when they have the vaccines and how appointments will be made.
This is a fluid situation, so please regularly read our notices to stay informed and up to date.
In the meantime, here are some additional options provided by the SFDPH:
Phase 1a, vaccination is available through the following additional vaccinators. We are working to identify more such vaccinators and locations. Slots may be limited, because COVID-19 vaccine supply is still limited.
These providers may require documentation that you are eligible for COVID-19 vaccination as a healthcare worker.
