| | Welcome New January Members | | | | As we kick off 2026, the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to welcome a diverse group of new members who joined our business community in January. From innovative staffing solutions and advanced manufacturing to financial services, community outreach, and creative enterprises, these organizations represent the entrepreneurial spirit and growth driving our region forward. | | Each new member brings unique strengths, fresh ideas, and a shared commitment to building a stronger Toledo region. Please join us in welcoming the following new members to the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce. | | New Member Spotlight: Canninballz - A Splash of Inspiration | | | | |
What started as a simple question—why should dogs only get to swim once a year at the Pooch Plunge?—turned into one of West Toledo’s most unique new businesses.
After years of loving the annual Labor Day tradition in Sylvania, owner Millie Hopes saw an opportunity to bring year-round aquatic enrichment to dogs in the Toledo Region. The result is Caninballz, an indoor dog daycare and waterpark designed to support dogs’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
| | Chamber-versary Spotlight: Jeff Lonsbrough, VP of Member Sales & Engagement | | | | Jeff Lonsbrough’s Chamber journey started three years ago, fittingly, with a relationship. While exploring his next career move, Jeff reached out to longtime friend and Chamber board member Matt Yarder—someone he originally met through EPIC Toledo. That conversation led him to the VP of Membership role, and as Jeff learned more about the Chamber’s reach and regional impact, the opportunity quickly clicked. | | New Year, New Opportunity...Come Join Our Team! | | | | If you are looking for a fast-paced environment with the opportunity to work both independently but also collaborate with our team of experts, you are at the right place! We are looking to hire a VP of Finance to join our team. | | The Vice President, Finance provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the organization’s financial and information technology functions. This role sets the financial vision, ensures fiscal sustainability, strengthens internal controls, and leverages technology to support data-driven decision-making. The VP serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the Board while overseeing accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, grants compliance, audits, and IT systems in partnership with a managed service provider (MSP). | |
