On Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 6:00 PM, via Zoom, the Association's Annual Meeting will be held for the purpose of conducting lawful business of the Association. The agenda for the Annual Meeting is:

- Reading or Disposal of Unapproved 2023 Minutes
- Reports of Directors
- Reports of Management
- Reports of Developer
- Owner Comments
- Adjournment

As our community expands, we face space limitations and aim to offer all residents the opportunity to attend the Annual Member’s meeting without constraints. Hosting the meeting virtually via Zoom enables residents to participate at their convenience, manage their audio settings, ask questions, and view the presentations and videos that will be shared. Residents can ask questions through the Q&A chat box feature and will have the option to unmute and ask questions verbally at the end of the meeting. Additionally, we will announce dates for future Town Halls with the Management Team during this Annual Meeting.
