Message From The President

Dear Members,

The world is constantly changing and the same goes for the GVR Canine Club. My term as President is coming to a close and it’s the perfect time to share with you the changes in my world.

My husband and I are moving to Rio Rico in the very near future! It’s the perfect time for the next leadership of the club to step forward and lead the way into the second year of the club.

My official duties will end on November 15th (Membership Meeting). It’s been a privilege and a pleasure to help launch our club and to see it grow by leaps and bounds (just like our dogs!).

I especially want to extend my thanks to our current board of directors: Barb Wray, Rick Nelson, David Messick and Leslie Kush for their support and dedication. And a special thank you to our volunteers for their support at our events.

And, of course, my thanks to all of you: The Membership! for your support and friendship. It’s been so much fun to be a part of this club!

I hope you will join me for our Membership Meeting on November 15th to see and hear what we’ve accomplished and all the activities coming in the next year.

The Canine Club is participating in the GVR Foundation's Member Assistance Program (MAP) campaign. Please consider donating directly to GVRF to this worthwhile program to assist "the less fortunate" in our community in paying their mandatory annual GVR dues.
