Neighborhood Guide Release Party

Save the Date for our annual WPB Neighborhood Guide Release Party! Where Magazine is producing our guide again this year after all the compliments we received on how great it turned out last year. Come out to The Den Theatre, who is helping us celebrate on Thursday, May 4th from 6:30-8:30pm. Local businesses, residents, community partners and Chicagoland concierges are encouraged to attend for a first look at the guide and a night of neighborhood revelry

Green Music Fest Call for Vendors

Green Music Fest appeals to a wide audience of neighbors, families, and Chicagoland festival, art, and music enthusiasts of all ages. Big name music acts, as well as innovative environmental organizations, products, and services appeal to a discerning local audience between the ages of 25-40 on average.

Wicker Park Fest Call For Artists
The Wicker Park Bucktown Chamber of Commerce & SSA #33 are accepting proposals for the Arts Section of Wicker Park Fest on July 29-30th, 2017. We are seeking visually-compelling performance and/or installation art for the duration of the music festival. Proposals are due Friday, April 21. NEW Neighborhood Safety Rebate & Facade Rebate Programs
WPB SSA #33 now provides rebates for security cameras, exterior lighting, repairing broken or graffiti'd windows, and installing anti-smash or anti-graffiti window film. Businesses in the SSA district are eligible for a rebate of 50% of the cost of a neighborhood safety measure, up to $1,000 per measure.
Additionally, SSA rebates are available for façade improvements, up to $5,000. However, the business or building owner MUST now contact the WPB Chamber and get pre-approval before beginning these improvements.
Business tenants or owners of tax-contributing commercial or residential property located on Ashland, Milwaukee, Western, North, Damen, Division, as defined on the map, are eligible for these rebates. If a tenant wishes to apply for assistance, they must have express written consent from the property owner to install these improvements.  Read the policies and applications here
