Annual Memberships Now Available!

OLLI at SOU memberships for the 2026-27 academic year are now available! Vist our Join/Renew webpage to purchase your membership online.

The OLLI office is closed this week, but office staff will be periodically checking email and voicemail. Call 541-552-6048 or email olli@sou.edu for assistance.

OLLI at SOU Membership Form Updates:

• Agree to the OLLI at SOU Code of Conduct when becoming a member. Agreement is required to participate.
• Opt-in to the One Credit Program. Qualifying members can opt-in to become "non-degree seeking" students at SOU and help the university receive critical funding.
• Request a printed name badge and pick it up on your first day of class!

A big thank you to the OLLI at SOU members and instructors who marched with us in this year's 4th of July parade! We were thrilled to see everyone who came out! Special thanks to MaryBeth and Terry for assembling the signs for us to hold.

Medford Library OLLI at SOU Display Case

Check out the new OLLI at SOU display case at the Medford Library! The display will be on show for the entire month of July to promote the upcoming OLLI at SOU Open House on August 12.

Save the Date: OLLI at SOU Open House

Save the date for the annual OLLI at SOU Open House on Wednesday, August 12, 1-4 p.m., in the Rogue River Room of the SOU Stevenson Union. The Open House is your chance to visit exhibits from SOU and community partners, preview upcoming OLLI at SOU fall offerings, enjoy free refreshments and enter to win valuable door prizes.

Lifelong Learning Opportunities

Bach’s Brandenburg Concerti (OLLI at University of Reno Nevada)

OLLI at SOU members are invited to register for Bach’s Brandenburg Concerti, taught by SOU professor emerita of music and longtime OLLI instructor Peg Evans. This course is offered via Zoom on Thursdays, July 9, 16, 23, and 30, at noon PDT. The course will examine Bach’s life and background, characteristics of the Baroque period, and look at and listen to the six Brandenburg Concertos.
