Hi Team,

It’s that time again — our Annual Reading has officially begun! This yearly review ensures everyone stays current with our agency’s standards, accreditation requirements, and best practices.

📅 Deadline to complete: December 12, 2025

📍 Where to find it: The Annual Reading.pdf is included in the JotForm link and QR code below. 

Once you complete the test, it will be confirmed that you passed with a score of 80% or higher, and a certificate will be available for your review in your Paylocity account.

The first 10 employees to complete their Annual Reading with a passing score will receive a gift card!

In addition to the Annual Reading, please visit the following link to complete the required DCF trainings if you haven't already for 2025: https://www.myflfamilies.com/my-fl-learn. 

Please complete the following modules:

• HIPAA
• Security Awareness
• Foundations of Disability Rights

You’ll need to create an account to access the training. This will be the process for annual DCF training going forward.
