Every year, AAAED provides Annual Refresher training for Federal EEO Counselors and Investigators who are required to have eight hours of training annually. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) mandates this refresher. AAAED’s faculty consists of EEO experts who are seasoned in the field of investigations and counseling at the federal level. Individuals who take the training receive a certificate of completion at the end of each course. AAAED is also offering its Barrier Analysis Training for federal agency representatives who have EEO responsibilities.
Annual Refresher Training
AAAED is offering the Annual Refresher training in two virtual eight-hour segments. On Day One, Tuesday, September 24, 2024, the training will focus on Federal EEO Training for Counselors. On Day Two, Wednesday, September 25, 2024, the focus will be on Federal EEO Investigator Training.
Each course is (8) hours long. This new schedule is consistent with the EEOC's training requirement for Federal EEO Counselors and Investigators. You are welcome to register for each program or both. If you sign up for both the Counselors and Investigators training programs, you will receive a $50.00 discount for each registration. You will also receive a certificate for each program.
Barrier Analysis Training
The Federal EEO Barrier Analysis Course is being offered to assist federal agencies to comply with Management Directive 715. Under this directive agencies are to establish and maintain effective affirmative programs of equal employment opportunity. (8 hrs.) The course is offered on Friday, September 27, 2024. There will be a certificate provided at the end of this course as well.
