Data & Accountability Practice Due Aug. 26

Don't forget we need to hear from your consortium about your data and accountability efforts in the form of a Practice with Promise by Aug. 26, in order to close out your grant.

Go to the Data & Accountability Practices With Promise webpage and click on Log In in the top navigation to start the submission process. Follow the steps for creating a password, if you don't already have one.
Deadlines & Deliverables

Deadlines to Keep Top of Mind:

  • July 31: Final Data and Accountability Expense Report 2 due, with final report due Aug. 26
  • Aug. 1: Final Q4 18-19 Student Data from all K12, County Offices, JPAs, and ROPs due in TOPSPro
  • Aug. 15: Annual Plan for 2019-20 due in NOVA
  • Aug. 26: Practice with Promise on Data and Accountability due. (See above item)


Looking Ahead:

  • Sept. 1: 17/18 and 18/19 Member Expense Report due in NOVA (Q4)
  • Sept. 1: July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019 expenses by program area due (estimates only) in NOVA
  • Sept. 30: End of Q1
  • Sept. 30: 17/18 and 18/19 Member Expense Report certified by consortia in NOVA (Q4)
  • Sept. 30: 19/20 Member Program Year Budget and Work Plan due in NOVA
Regional Training on Student Data Reporting Kicks Off in August, Runs Through Fall

A chance to get in-person training related to CAEP student data reporting begins in August, with the kick-off of a series of regional workshops. The workshops run through November.

The first training is at Mt. Diablo Adult School on Aug. 7, and the second is at North Orange Community College District on Aug. 13. Training slides will be posted in the newsletter the week of Aug. 5.
