Interest Rate Reduction Notice
Effective Tuesday, September 1, 2020, Oceanview Life and Annuity Company will be reducing the rates on their 3, 5, 7, and 10- year Harbourview MYGA products.
Current rates will be applicable to all policy applications signed no later
than August 31, 2020 and received by September 4, 2020 to their
New Business office in Grimes, IA.
Rate Lock Policy: Provided the application is signed and received according to previously stated guidelines, they will allow 60 days from the sign date of the application to receive rollover or transferred funds.
Interest Rates effective 9/1/2020
3- Year: 2.35%
5- Year: 2.85%
7- Year: 2.95%
10- Year: 3.00%
*Commissions on all interest rates remain the same.
