We are very pleased to announce that Segal Financial recently closed on the funding of another ModWash.....this one a $3.8 million construction-to-perm loan for a new ModWash at 1 Anchor Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15238.
It is one of 77 locations for ModWash nationally and will be the 21th location in PA with more to follow. It is also the first loan in Pittsburgh for Segal Financial, which we are proud of as we continue to expand our lending footprint!
