Council on Aging News for Clinton County

Clinton County's Aging Up Community Center helps older adults make connections

As people grow older, they often find their circle of friends become smaller and opportunities for social interaction become fewer. Some might dismiss these life changes as a normal part of aging, however, with older adults, studies show these life changes can put them at a higher risk for social isolation.
