Welcome to the Foundation,
Samantha MacConnell!
The Foundation would like to introduce and extend a warm welcome to the new Administrative Assistant, Samantha MacConnell. Samantha is a longtime Lancaster resident and has worked in education for nearly a decade. She comes to the Foundation from AVC’s Language & Communication Arts Division, where she served as Clerical Assistant III for just under three years, assisting students, faculty, and staff. She previously worked in the Acton-Agua Dulce Unified School District for seven years in various secretarial capacities, serving elementary and middle school students, teachers, and parents. Samantha graduated from Antelope Valley College and Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo (B.S. in Journalism), and hopes to continue her educational journey by earning her master’s degree soon. She is passionate and committed to helping others and hopes to make a difference at the Foundation, AVC, and in the community. She is excited to continue her journey at AVC and expand her knowledge and collegial relationships. Samantha’s pride and joy are her two kids, Noah and Madeline, and watching them play soccer on various local teams.
