Anxiety was my reality
Without faith, trust and understanding the world can seem an exceedingly dark place.
For Jenna this reality was compounded by an anxiety disorder that crippled her ability to function and impeded her desire to partake in everyday life. From her first memories as a child, Jenna recalls suffering from intense anxiety and fear. In fact, she cannot recall a time when she didn't feel a strong uneasiness lodged in the pit of her stomach. Initially, she had difficulty pinpointing and addressing the source of her suffering because no incident or traumatic event started those feelings of dread and helplessness.
