The conference is looking for any Youth Group and Leaders
that would be willing to assist in the breakdown of the Annual Conference
on Saturday May 24th.
The group would need to be driven to the OnCenter in Syracuse at 1:00pm - assist in packing up all the stations and supplies - loading them onto the truck then the group would need drivers to take them to the conference office to assist in unloading the truck.
We are looking for volunteers from 1:00pm to 4:00pm
(hopefully we will be done before that).
The volunteers would need to be able to lift anywhere from 25-40lbs.
The conference office will provide pizza and drinks for all that assist us.
Please let the district office know if you have any youth
(or adults) that are interested in helping out.
