Powerschool Parent Portal Account Required for 2018-19 Registration

Dear Parents/Guardians of Anza Elementary,

We are pleased to announce that online registration is now open!  In order to register for the 2018-19  school  year, you will need to log into your  Powerschool  parent account at .  Once logged in, click the "18-19 Registration" link at the bottom left side of the home page.  Please update your contact information, student medical history, and review the Rights and Responsibilities Handbook along with other pertinent agreements. After clicking "Submit," you will receive a separate confirmation email for each student registered. Your child may be asked to bring this confirmation email to  school  before they can pick up schedules, books, etc.

If you previously created a parent account but cannot remember your username or password, click the "  Forgot Username or Password?" link for assistance.   Step-by-step instructions are also available for creating parent accounts as the old ParentConnect accounts will not work in  PowerSchool.  These instructions explain how to link a student using their access ID and password. All student access ID's and passwords were mailed last September 2017.  Then in June and August 2018, emails with the access ID's and passwords were sent to families who had not created their accounts yet.

Additional information is available at  If you already completed the online registration for each student, you can disregard this email. If you are still having trouble with online registration, please  click here to provide us with your contact information so we can assist you.

We need your support to help Anza students!

The EEA is a non-profit group of volunteer parents, teachers/staff and community leaders whose purpose is to:
  • Be an advocate for academic and enrichment opportunities
  • Assure that every student has the optimum academic advantages by fundraising in order to pay the salaries for the Credentialed Academic Intervention teachers
  • Instill in each child the importance of community outreach with our Adopt-A-Family program
  • Work closely with Principal Marks, the School Site Council and the PTA to:
    • Identify school needs that can be met by community fundraising
    • Create and manage fun, interactive, family-friendly fundraising events such as the Fall Family Carnival in October, Mother/Son Day of Fun in January, Ice Cream Social & Silent Auction in May, and the Father/Daughter Dance in June
    • Hold a paper drive at Anza Movie Night in September to supplement the school's copy paper needs
We would love for you to become involved with the EEA. There are  volunteer needs to fit a wide variety of interests and schedules!

News You Can Use

Dear Anza Parents,

Anza is striving to go paperless! With this effort we will not be distributing after school program flyers on a regular basis. If you would be interested in a class, please click below to find out what programs are available or check in the office to see if there might be a hard copy for you. Please note, these partners have no affiliations to Anza Elementary and our school does not profit from these programs. This link will remain on the Communicator for your convenience and will typically be found at the bottom of the email.

Please contact if you have any questions.

Added Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts, Techakids, Self Defense this week
