Located at 330 N. Apache Trail, the $80 million development will feature 14 thoughtfully designed residential buildings, open-space amenities, pedestrian pathways, and public infrastructure enhancements. It is also expected to serve as a catalyst for attracting new businesses, supporting existing ones, and bringing year-round activity to the downtown area.
“This project is an important step forward for Apache Junction’s future,” said Mayor Chip Wilson. “By welcoming new housing options into the heart of our community, we are strengthening our downtown, supporting local businesses, and expanding opportunities for our residents. The Wolff Company’s investment reflects the confidence others have in Apache Junction’s long-term growth.”
The new residential community supports Apache Junction’s broader goals of revitalizing the local economy, encouraging mixed-use development, and creating a more vibrant and connected city core. The addition of new residents within walking distance of shops, services, and civic spaces is expected to generate substantial economic activity and broaden the city’s tax base.
“We have enjoyed collaborating closely with the City of Apache Junction on a community that aligns with its vision of a thriving, dynamic downtown,” said Chase Courchaine, Vice President of Development at The Wolff Company. “Breaking ground on Halogen Apache Trail marks the beginning of a development that will deliver high-quality housing, meaningful amenities, and contribute significantly to the long-term vitality of downtown Apache Junction.”
Halogen Apache Trail will include landscaped open spaces, shaded pedestrian circulation, a resident clubhouse, pool, fitness facilities, and integrated public parking enhancements along Plaza Drive. For more information on the project, visit HalogenApacheTrail.com.
