ApexOne Investment Partners is proud to announce the closing of Sunset Village apartments in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The property was purchased with joint venture partner 18CG and represents the 5th acquisition between the companies.

Sunset Village consists of 144 units of workforce housing and enjoys an excellent location off Interstate 530 and US Highway 65.  The property is also in close proximity to several major employers including Tyson Foods, The Pine Bluff Arsenal, Jefferson Regional Medical Center as well as the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and SE Arkansas College with over 5500 students.

18CG Management will immediately begin a comprehensive property enhancement program.  Once fully stabilized, the asset with be refinanced and held for long term cash flow and appreciation. ApexOne and 18CG currently own assets in Kansas, Arkansas, Oklahoma and South Carolina and continue to seek opportunities nationwide.
