John Derrick is a mediator and arbitrator with Alternative Resolution Centers and the American Arbitration Association. Before focusing full-time on ADR, John had an appellate law practice for almost 20 years. He is a former Chair of the State Bar’s Committee on Appellate Courts and a former Editor-in-Chief of California Litigation.
