Heidi Torvik volunteered her time as a part of Hennepin County's Valetine's Day wedding ceremony, where district court judges volunteer their time to perform marriage ceremonies. This is the tenth year that Heidi has participated by playing the flute. Nearly two dozen couples married that day.
