This year, the National Immigration Project is excited to expand its CLE programming. In the coming months, we will be running removal defense seminars on understanding and overcoming bars to relief triggered by a prior removal order and reopening DHS removal orders, as well as our Spring CLE, which is all about motions to reopen.
