September is here, which means that the fall season has begun here at Terhune Orchards. Visit us every day to pick your own apples, or stop into the farmstore to find fresh produce, homemade baked goods, and locally-sourced goodies. Take advantage of cooler days to visit our barnyard of animals, explore the farm trail and sunflower sustainability stroll, and relax in the wine orchard with live music this weekend.

Pick Your Own Apples Every Day!

9am-5pm

Pick your own apples seven days a week here at Terhune Orchards! Tuesday through Friday, pick Gala and Honeycrisp apples at our main farm, 330 Cold Soil Road. This weekend, visit 13 Van Kirk Road for apple picking. Check back on our website later in the week or call 609-924-2310 for available varieties.

The dwarf trees are easy for all ages to reach. No ladders or long poles are needed. Apples at the Pick Your Own farm are by bag. All guests 4 years and older must purchase bag at Check-in.

Read & Pick: Farm Animals

Next Tuesday, September 13 at 9am & 11am

Read & Pick is an innovative program that combines a hands-on farm activity with your young child followed by an education program with stories highlighting the fruit or farm area. Parents and young children (ages preschool to 8 years) are welcome to celebrate everything wonderful about farm animals.

In this session, we will be reading books about farm animals followed by an educational component. Then everyone will participate in a farm craft activity with wool from Terhune Orchards sheep!

All programs have 9:30am and 11am sessions, each lasting about one hour. Online pre-purchase of tickets is required.

Summer is coming to a close, which means we've reached our final Sunset Sips & Sounds of the season. Join us Friday through Sunday this weekend to sample our award-winning wines, enjoy a glass, or take home a bottle.

Live music Friday from 5-8pm and Saturday & Sunday from 1-4pm.

Join us in our historic apple orchard to enjoy fresh air, delicious wines, wine slushies, light bites, and more.
