APPLY TO PRESENT AT ITEEA’S 2020
WORKSHOP for LIBRARIANS IN BALTIMORE, MD

ITEEA Conference Theme: Technological and Engineering Literacy for ALL

Bringing Librarians and STEM Collaborations Together!
You are invited to share your STEM collaborations, clubs, best practices, marketing materials, etc.

This is an opportunity for librarians from around the world to come together and share!

The 2020 ITEEA conference theme focuses on providing access and equity for all PreK-12 students to become technologically and engineering literate through high-quality STEM instruction. Students who study technology and engineering through an integrative STEM education approach learn about the technological world that inventors, engineers, and other innovators have created. The goal is to produce students with a more conceptual understanding of technology and engineering and its place in society. These students must conceptualize and evaluate new technologies that they may have never before seen. By “doing and making,” children become “makers” for the future.

The Workshop will take part during the ITEEA International Conference in Baltimore, MD on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 from 1:00-4:00pm.

The deadline to apply is November 1, 2019.
