German Studies Research Grant

This specialized DAAD program offers research grants to highly-qualified undergraduate and graduate students who are nominated by their department/program chairs. The grant may be used for short-term research (one to two months) in Germany.  Apply by  July 1st, 2019.

Did you know...

... that as of earlier this month, the highest sandcastle in the world is located in Binz on the Baltic Sea island of Ruegen? This 17.66 meter (57.94 feet) structure beats the previous 16.68 meter (54.72 feet) record holder, which was also located in Germany. Tourists will be able to see the winning sand castle until November 3rd.
