Program information


Leadership Las Cruces (LLC) is a community and personal leadership development program offered by the Greater Las Cruces Chamber of Commerce. Since graduating its first class in 1993, LLC has been dedicated to cultivating informed, engaged, and empowered leaders. The program is thoughtfully designed to deepen participants’ understanding of the City’s history, culture, government, economy and social dynamics—while highlighting both the challenges and opportunities that share our community.

 

Program goals include:

  • Expanding participants’ knowledge of the regional community and strengthening their personal leadership skills.
  • Inspiring civic engagement & encouraging active contributions to community progress
  • Enhancing the capacity & impact of current and future leaders.
  • Preparing participants to meet evolving community needs with insight & resilience
  • Facilitating meaningful connections with influential individuals, businesses, and organizations in Las Cruces, Mesilla Valley Region and all of New Mexico
