Copies of the 8609 Schedule A (8609-A forms) for any Housing Credit property in its first 15-year period (IRS Period), financial statements (audited financials for HOME funded properties), and Capital Maintenance Plans (for HOME-funded properties funded in 2012 and after) must be submitted to AHFA by May 1, 2021.
8609-A forms can be submitted electronically to AHFA’s multifamily compliance department via email at MFCompliance@ahfa.com. Financials and Capital Maintenance Plans can be submitted to Janel Williams in the Multifamily Division's Asset Management Department at jwilliams@ahfa.com.
